This is the second appearance the MUA Trio Shadow has made on my blog, a well deserved second appearance may I add too! I featured it in my July Favourites a few days ago but it’s back to be reviewed, I not think I can rave about a product and have no reason behind it so here I am to explain why it made it into my favourites…
Look familiar? In my opinion it’s almost identical to the Bourjois eye palette, however I cannot compare quality as I don’t yet own one. Anyways, I thought the pigmentation was fairly good and the colours in the palette compliment each other perfectly. I really like the fact that the colours have the right balance between matt and shimmer, they are quite a subtle shimmer which is perfect for casual summer days!
The neutral colours can be applied as bases, to define, highlights or shadow another which makes it perfect to use on their own or as part of the intended set I have been trying the darker tones with my new MA shadows and they seem to compliment each other really well, even though the MAC shadow is a matte colour.
