It’s Monday, so it’s time for an Autumn inspired post. Today I was feeling rather peckish as I scrolled through Pinterest and came across some delicious looking Pumpkin flavoured treats…

The first is ‘Pumpkin Spice Chewy Oatmeal Cookies’ they look delicious! I’m a big fan of oatmeal cookies, and the fact that they’re ‘pumpkin spiced’ suggests they’ll be even more tasty. The second is a ‘Pumpkin S’more Cupcake’, this is the one I will be trying out at some point this week, I will give the recipe I’m going to use below so you can have a go for yourselves? The third is ‘Pumpkin Kahlua Cupcakes’ – Sweet and easy pumpkin cupcakes topped with a whipped Kahlua frosting! I will be honest and say I didn’t realise they were alcoholic until just now, so if you don’t fancy anything with alcohol in, I’m sure you can miss that step out? Finally, there’s the ‘Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee’ I know that in America, these are a bit craze, but not so much for us in England, I’m not sure if Starbucks even sells it over here? It would be quite nice to try it out though, so I can see what all the fuss is about?

As promised, here’s the recipe I will be using to make my ‘Pumpkin S’more Cupcakes’, it’s on somethingswanky.com, but it can also be found on my Pinterest, along with the other autumn inspired recipes…
